An opportunity is available to study the Chinese language and attend a cultural camp for three weeks can be yours this summer.  The adventure begins by departing the United States on July 12th.  Students will leave for the United States on August 3rd.  Students must be in grades 10-12 and be currently studying Chinese or will study or are interested in China.  The only cost involved to students is the international roundtrip airfare and personal spending money.

 

Penn State is offering a 6.5 College Credit Program for High School Student in many areas of studies along with preparation for the SAT/ACT test.  The programs begin on July 6, 2008 and are either two or three weeks in duration. Enrichment at Penn State offers students completing the 9th, 10th or 11th grade the rare opportunity to feel the pulse of a real working university. University of Colorado is offering 5 week College Credit Programs (July 6- August 9) and 3 week  Enrichment Programs (July 6-July 26).  The summer study offers qualified high school students completing the 10th, 11th and 12 grade college credit programs and students completing 9th, 10th or 11th grade enrichment programs the unique opportunity to experience college life in a relaxed summertime atmosphere.  For more information visit http://www.summerstudy.com or visit your high school counselor to see the brochure of offerings.

Criminal Justice Camp is for high school students ages 16-19 who are interested in a career in criminal justice, with an opportunity to become acquainted with college life, while acquiring skills in the areas: Corrections, Probation/Parole and Law Enforcement and other areas.   The program is from June 15-20, 2008 with a cost of $495.00 for more information visit:  https://ucelcpd.ferris.edu
