JDCAA INTERNET PUBLISHING GUIDELINES
- Any Internet work that is published on behalf of the school or the
school district or a school program, club or team, whether created
at home or at school, must be officially sanctioned
by the school administrator or his/her designee prior to mounting
and may only be mounted
on district servers.
- All district policies regarding copyright and intellectual property
apply to materials published
on the Internet.
- No text, image, movie or sound that contains pornography, profanity,
the promotion of
substance abuse, tobacco, alcohol, or family planning resources, obscenity,
language or excessive acts of aggression that offends or tends to
degrade others will be allowed.
- Students may be identified only by first name and last initial.
- Student's work may only be identified by first name and last initial.
- No directory information about a student may be published. (Whole
name, address,
telephone numbers, parents' names).
- Individuals in pictures, movies or sound recordings may not be specifically
identified.
